Upon your first visit
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to become acquainted with the space, fill out any necessary paperwork and to have time to relax before your treatment.
Please silence all devices
Before entering the practice please silence all devices as our office is a small space and treatments will be in progress. If you need to attend to a call please step outside to do so.
Where to park
There is plenty of FREE parking surrounding the practice. You are welcome to park in spots directly in front of the practice, in the nearby Courthouse parking lot located off of Court House Drive, or in Parking Lot E located directly behind Phoenix Upper Main.
Insurance Reimbursement
I am happy to provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
* Please check with your insurance provider to see if acupuncture is covered within your plan.
